Meet Grete

Grete Butkute is the owner and chef behind SCOTIQ.

She has worked across five-star hotels, private members’ clubs, major events, and some of the UK’s best pastry kitchens. Her career includes Gleneagles, Cakes & Bubbles at Hotel Café Royal, and Bake Off: The Professionals.

SCOTIQ is built around honest Scottish food, local produce, and warm private dining. The style is refined, but never stiff.

Each dish has been made to show the best of the season, from Scottish salmon and venison to orchard fruit, crowdie, and handmade pâtisserie.
